Delivery

Where do you Deliver?

We deliver to the local areas surrounding Old Harlow, Essex. Please enter your address and post code at the time of purchase for delivery charges to be calculated. Alternatively, we do offer a free collection service from our shop.

When do you deliver?

Our delivery service runs Monday to Saturday (except for Public holidays).


The delivery time cannot be guaranteed apart from Funeral arrangements. Please state funeral time on order, delivery will be made 60-120 minutes prior to funeral.


You can request your chosen delivery date with AM/PM slots at checkout and we will endeavor to fulfil. Please order by 3PM for next day deliveries.


£20.00 minimum order value is required for delivery options.


We also offer a free collection service from our shop which can be selected at checkout.

What are my options if you do not deliver to my area?

We work in partnership with Eflorist where we can arrange national and international deliveries.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

Our delivery drivers will leave a message card if you are not available at the time of delivery with details of where your order has been left (e.g. with neighbor). Please feel free to contact the shop for any further assistance in regards of deliveries.

Collection

Do you offer a collection service?

We offer a collection service from our shop in Old Harlow, Essex. Please submit your order online and select your collection date. Our opening times can be found on the 'Visit Us' page on this website.



Payment

Can I pay over the phone?

If you would prefer to pay for orders over the phone, please call the shop on 01279 428877 (select this option at checkout). Please also call the shop to place an order for our full range of florist services.

Can I pay on collection?

Please contact the shop to place this order, this is not available on all florist services.
